Announcing a new partnership with IONS

During his Apollo 14 mission flight back to Earth, after becoming the sixth man to walk on the Moon, NASA astronaut and aeronautical engineer Edgar Mitchell underwent a visionary experience. During it he entered a state of blissful unity with all existence, which transformed his life. Moving to California, in 1973 he founded IONS the Institute of Noetic Sciences to research the nature of consciousness and reality itself (link to website)

Edgar once said: “Science and religion have lived on opposite sides of the street now for hundreds of years…So here we are, in the twenty-first century, trying to put two faces of reality – the existence face and the intelligence or conscious face – into the same understanding. Body and mind, physicality and consciousness, belong to the same side of reality.”
