What Makes You Come Alive?

Curiosity - an ongoing journey of inner and outer discovery, about the nature of reality itself. And the joy of sharing with others the understanding and experiencing of a life time of such exploration to support them in their own journeys.

Pivotal turning point in your life?

A profound initiation in Egypt in 1999, which both inwardly and outwardly transformed my life and my sense of purpose going forward. As a result I let go of all that I'd been holding onto in my life and opened myself to the not knowing and trust of taking each step at a time and to 'showing up and getting out of the way'.

An Act of Kindness You'll Never Forget?

When I was nineteen years old and studying physics at Oxford University, a wonderful professor Dennis Sciama, who had also mentored Stephen Hawking, took me under his wing and encouraged me to be curious and follow the evidence wherever it leads. I've been following his advice ever since.
